Billing Policy

This Billing Policy ("Policy") governs your use of our subscription plans ("Subscription" or "Plan"). This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and Privacy policy. Any capitalized terms here shall have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service and Privacy policy unless expressly stated otherwise. By purchasing or using any of our Subscriptions, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

We offer several Subscription options designed to provide personalized services in the wellness training. Each Subscription may include access to:

  • Personalized development plans and exercises
  • Progress tracking and insights
  • Educational content, tools, and community features
  • Premium support or coaching sessions (depending on the plan)

Details of available plans, features, and pricing are displayed on our Website and may be updated from time to time.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By starting your Subscription and providing a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, "Payment Method") You authorize us (or our payment processor) to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing period until canceled. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually), depending on the plan you select. You may edit your Payment Method information through your account or by contacting our Customer Support.

All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes or fees. If your payment fails or your account becomes delinquent, we may suspend or terminate access to your Subscription until payment is received.

BILLING CYCLE AND RENEWAL

Your Subscription will be billed at the start of your initial subscription term and automatically renewed at the beginning of each subsequent billing period unless and until you cancel your Subscription. We will automatically charge your designated Payment Method on or about the same calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid Subscription.

We reserve the right to adjust the billing date as necessary, including in cases where your Payment Method is not successfully charged. If a payment attempt fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason, and you do not update your Payment Method or cancel your Subscription, you remain responsible for all outstanding amounts. You authorize us to continue charging your updated or replacement Payment Method as it becomes available.

Failed or delayed payments may result in a shift of your billing date. In the event of a declined transaction, we may, at our discretion, attempt to collect the outstanding balance in smaller, partial charges to facilitate successful payment processing through your chosen payment provider. Under no circumstances, however, will the total of such partial charges exceed the full amount due for the applicable renewal period.

PLAN CHANGES

You may upgrade or downgrade your Subscription plan at any time:

• Upgrades:

The difference in price will be charged immediately, and your new benefits will apply right away.

• Downgrades:

The change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note that downgrading may result in loss of features, data, or access to certain content.

PLAN MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time.

If such a change affects your existing Subscription, we will provide advance notice and the option to cancel before the new terms take effect.

BILLING DISPUTES

If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately about such error at support@men-forge.com

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

To cancel your Subscription, you can use several options that are available:

1. Email Cancellation

You can cancel your Subscription by sending us an email to our support@men-forge.com. Here is a sample of email you can use to request cancellation of your subscription:

I am writing to request the cancellation of my active subscription associated with my account:

Please confirm that my subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle and that no further payments will be charged to my account. I understand that my access to premium content and features will continue until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription will terminate.

2. Account Settings

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. To do so, navigate to the "Payment" section of your profile, select the "Cancel Subscription" option, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

Please note (!) that simply deleting your account will not cancel the Subscription.

Additionally, you acknowledge that we, in our sole and absolute discretion, may terminate your account or access to the Service for any reason, including without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with this Billing Policy, Terms, Refund Policy or Privacy Policy.

REFUNDS

Generally, payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds for partially used periods, unless it is directly specified in Refund Policy.
