The Men-Forge (hereinafter, the "Product") is delivered entirely as a digital product. Due to the nature of digital products, once delivered, the Product is non-recoverable, and no returns are accepted.

We understand that unique circumstances may arise, and we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund ONLY under the following strict conditions:

We will typically notify you of our decision within 5 (five) business days of receiving your request. If a refund is approved, please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
Refunds for the same Product can only be issued once per customer. If you repurchase the Product after receiving a refund previously, you will not be eligible for a second refund.
Example:
If you purchase Men-Forge in March and receive a refund, then repurchase it in August, you will not be eligible for a refund on the August purchase, as it is assumed you are already familiar with the Product content.
This one-time refund policy applies to all digital products.
In cases where we approve a program exchange:
